Why should I stay with TreasureRome™?

Because TreasureRome™ is for a Unique Stay Experience in the Eternal City! We believe that the accomodation is organic part of the guest-experience and our love and passion for Rome drives us to make yours as memorable as possible in a positive way. Our mission is to contribute to your memories you’ll treasure in a personal, professional and exclusive way.

What is required to make a reservation?

During the reservation you will be asked to insert the proper data for your stay (date, number of people, property name, your generalities, contact information) also, we will ask you to indicate a credit card number to gurarantee the reservation according to the policy. It will not be charged though we may check its validity through the bank system.

How do I book a property?

Either from treasurerome.com directly starting the booking process inserting your dates for the stay or starting from the individual page of the apartment you chose. It’s a short, quick, guided process, and very user friendly.

How do I pay?

You will receive a confirmation email with your entered data and you'll be given three options for the payment:

- latest 10 days before your arrival with PayPal (or with credit card through PayPal)
- latest 15 days before arrival by Electronic Bank Transfer
 - settle with cash on arrival.

Are there an extra fees and taxes beyond the nightly or weekly costs?

There’s the city tax of Rome we collect and pay to Rome City Hall for you. Currently it’s 3.5EUR per night per person (over 10 years old) for maximum 10 nights. Also, if you request extra services, they will be to pay apart, such as adding extra person last minute (if the capacity of the apartment allows it), extra cleaning, welcome basket, transfers etc.

When is Check-in & Checkout time?

Our standard check in is from 15.00 CET and the check out is by 11.00 am CET.

How do I check-in and get the keys?

Prior to your arrival we ask you to provide your arrival information so we’ll set an appointment directly at the apartment with one of us to meet and greet you with the keys. Easy as that!

Can I check-in earlier or check-out later?

We always try our best if you have an earlier flight arriving or a late one on departure, though in case on the same day we have a departure and new guests arrival we’d like to assure proper time for cleaning so often we have to deny early check in requests for this reason.

How can I change or cancel my reservation?

For any modification write us an email and just explain what you need! We'll process it in 24hours.

Cancellation is free of charge up to 15days before your arrival. Up to 7days before arrival there's 50% refund.

What will I be responsible for when we check out?

Booking our properties you also agree on taking best care of them during your stay. For damages and losses you’ll be liable just as in a hotel accomodation, though it doesn’t mean we’ll charge you a broken glass! Just relax and use the apartment, take care of it as it was yours, and please advise if anything goes wrong.

How will I receive my confirmation and arrival instructions?

Once completed your booking, instantly you’ll receive an automatic message stating that we have received it and you’ll shortly get your official confirmation. It may take from 5 minutes to 2hours, so don’t worry if you don’t see it immediately, it’s just processing time.

Do you offer transfer on arrival / departure?

We do, please ask for quotation by mail writeme (at) treasurerome (dot) com, we will need your flight number, the airport and the number of people travelling.

How many people are allowed to stay in each home?

Each apartment has the maximum guest number displayed on their individual pages on the site.

Do you allow pets?

No, unfortunately the properties don’t allow pets.

Is there air conditioning and heat?

All apartments have airconditioning and heating system for the winter. Note that in Rome the heating period (determined by municipal laws) starts in mid November and ends in mid March, in consequence the properties with central heating system provide heating only in that allowed period.

Is there a fully equipped kitchen in the property?

All the kitchens come fully equipped wit pots, pans, crockery and cutlery, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, most of them have dishwasher.

Is there a telephone at the property?

No, we have no phone land lines in the apartments.

Are linens and towels provided?

Yes, linens and towels are provided. As well as toiletries for the start.

Are the properties cleaned daily?

No, the apartment as standard and included in the price, will be cleaned on your departure, also for over 7 days stay we offer an extra cleaning in the middle of the stay. However you can request daily cleaning, there’s an additional fee for that.

Are the properties non-smoking?

Yes, all our properties are non-smoking, however some of them have balcony or terrace where smoking is allowed.

Are there any handicap accessible properties available?

Yes, some of the properties are handicap accessible. Feel free to contact us for specifications.

How do you support guests during their stay?

We have a 24/7 telephone assistance, in case of any need, question, problem we are at your service on phone, by mail or personally – we can arrive within 2hours to you.

How can I get information about the neighborhood and things to do?

We are constantly uploading to the site the neighborhood to dos,  best hints and places, though we also prepare tailor made suggestions and lists for your holiday, just drop us a mail about your preferences! Also don't forget to check the BLOG and the constanty updated Facebook page!
