TreasureRome guests can book stays from three nights to one month. The average lenght of stay is five nights.

Our fee structure is custom and depends on our homeowners’ needs and property complexity. Exclusivity can be reflected in improved terms once fit is confirmed

We keep track of legislative changes, file paperwork on behalf of owners and work with your tax/legal advisors to support compliant operations in connection with the rental activity. 

We focus on homes in Rome’s Historic Center with 2+ bedrooms and 2+ bathrooms. Terraces and outdoor spaces are not essential but are highly requested by our guests.
